How to create new things from waste paper...?

When we create something from paper then we have remaining lots of paper cutting.How to used this cutting and create beautiful greeting cards.I have created this post because sometimes we don't understand how to use this waste paper and throw it.so we should not throw any single paper we can create many things.

 Today I am sharing my new project beautiful cards create from waste paper.

Materials you all need

Card stock or thick sheet (any color or size)

Paper cuttings

paper flowers

Any decorative materials 

Step 1: I have created these cards according me.I have used paper strips, square and rectangle piece ,some quilling petals ,flowers and butterfly. I have designed the paper from color pen. you can created according yourself.
