Pretty Quilled Anniversary Card

Hi Friends....

Today I have brought Pretty Anniversary card .In which I have used different techniques as painting,quelling,parchment lace border.
      In this project you all are need White card stock, quilling strips (red ,white), parchment paper, parchment tools,fevicol etc.

Step1 :First I took white card stock and draw the image.

Step2 : I have paint it from black acrylic color.

Step3 : I Have made some quilled heart shaped flowers and pasted the corner of the card. I also used half pearl for making this card attractive.

Step 4 : I have made the parchment lace and pasted it only two sides on the edges of the card.
